We come to the field, read the flow at your pump, take a water sample and walk the plot with you. Slope, plot shape and crop plan all change the design.
Every system starts with a flow reading at your pump and a water sample — not a price list. We design it, our own crew installs it, and the same people pick up the phone when something stops.

We build polyhouses the way they have to be built for this belt: GI pipe frames rated for the wind that comes off the open fields, 4 m gutter height so heat can escape in June, 200-micron UV film, 40-mesh insect net and a fogging line. Most of our farmers grow capsicum, tomato, cucumber, exotic vegetables or gerbera. Before we quote we measure the plot, check the water and tell you honestly whether naturally ventilated is enough — for most crops in Karnal it is, and it saves you a big share of the polyhouse construction cost.

A fertigation unit is only as good as the filter in front of it. We size the sand and disc battery to your borewell water first, then add the venturi or dosing pump, EC and pH sensors and the dosing channels. You get a weekly schedule written for your crop and stage, in Hindi, stuck on the pump-house wall — so the person actually opening the valve knows what goes in on Tuesday.

We start with a flow reading at your borewell or canal outlet, not with a price list. From that we work out how many blocks the pump can actually run, lateral size, emitter spacing and discharge, and where the flush valves go. Sugarcane at 5 ft paired rows, vegetables at 30-40 cm, orchards on online drippers — each needs a different layout. Pressure-compensating emitters go in wherever the field has slope, because uniform discharge at the last plant is what decides your yield, not the brand on the pipe.

Most drip failures we attend are not manufacturing faults. They are a choked disc filter in July, algae in an open tank, or iron scaling that nobody flushed before the season. An AMC with us covers scheduled filter servicing, acid and chlorine treatment, emitter discharge checks and pre-season commissioning. If something stops at 9 pm, send a photo on WhatsApp — nine times out of ten we talk you through it that night, and if not, a technician is on the field the next morning.

Block-wise layout, lateral and emitter selection, filtration sizing — then a quote with every item priced, so you can compare it line by line with anyone else's.
No subcontractors. The team lays, joins and pressure-tests the system, then runs each block in front of you before handing over.
Operator training in Hindi, a flushing and filter-cleaning calendar on the pump-house wall, and our number for whenever something stops.
Two farms of the same size rarely cost the same. These are the things we look at on survey day, and why we will not give a per-acre number over the phone.
Every service below is backed by stock in Karnal and our own installation crew.
Share your crop, acreage and water source — we'll design the system and quote it transparently.
